Household income must equal at least 2.66x the annual rent value
We are unable to accept anyone with an adverse credit record such as CCJ’s
Applicants must provide Right to Rent documentation
All documentation must be provided within 48 hours of making a reservation
To confirm the reservation, a payment equal to one week's rent will be due on the day of application as a holding commitment.

Pet Policy

We are pet friendly and all pets must be registered, please ask the Fizzy team before getting a pet and for further information. A monthly pet rent per pet is applicable.

Pets are only permitted in certain amenity spaces, must always be on a lead and with their owner. We reserve the right to refuse access or to ban pets that we deem to be a danger to others or impact their quiet enjoyment of the spaces. If we become concerned for the welfare of a pet we will contact the relevant organisations.

We can only permit pets that do not fall under the dangerous dogs act. The following breeds are banned in the U.K: Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino and Fila Brasileiro.

Further to this, the following breeds are also restricted from our community:
English Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Bull Mastiff, Dobermann Pinscher, Rottweiler, Rhodesian Ridgeback, Japanese Akita, XL Bully and any dogs over 45 Kilograms.
